We are scientists, engineers, and (yes, business types) who firmly believe it’s way past time for all of us to do things in a better way for our own health, and for the health of our planet.

We understand that nature has provided us with everything we need. We just have to know where to look.

We look at beets, and we see a way to replace plastic.
